Suddenly, a usable Mandobird

The Belmuse boutique pickup dropped right into an Epiphone Mandobird VIII and cured its anemic E-strings instantly. It now sounds pleasantly clean, full and natural. For a bit more available sting, I ordered the 4-lead model and put in a switchable coil tap. The zebra bobbins look great installed. No problem adjusting for a slightly shimmed neck.
Chris was generous with his advice and I feel lucky that such a nice, specific upgrade was so easy to get.
