"Starting with an early 1900's slab of Brazilian mahogany sandwiched between a 1/2" spalted eastern US maple bookmatched cap with a bound 'f' hole & 1/4" bookmatched english oak rear from the get go we were aiming at a flagship build. An abony fingerboard with 'custom' style rectanglular inlays, multiply body binding, Gibson P90 pickups, Grover tuners, Faber wraparound bridge, vintage wiring harness with premium CTS pots, Switchcraft 3-way & jack all finished in a deep high gloss nitrocellulose sunburst finish"
